An understatement for sure, that's such a crazy setup.

My cheap little figures that just arrived, but I love em. Couldn't find anywhere else to put them so this will do for now.

Finally done! iPhone panorama pic. Will redo with better (less wonky) image later. :D
    hint: click to embiggen

Here's the good version. Don't have a wide enough lens to take the whole thing properly, so did a pano instead.

Click to see full size. :D

Edit: Less warped version. I don't have a lens wide enough and the room has space issues so i can't move back or move into a position that can get everything without clipping. :(

Oh wow, that's insane but I love it. Is it heavy and solid or light and plastic-ish?

Saw that on their Instagram feed last night. It looks amazing. They wrote they did a variation on the helmet design on how it attaches and fits together.

I bought a cheapie portalble photo studio off eBay a couple of weeks ago. It's decent - comes with an overhead LED strip powered by microUSB cable and has a decent foam backdrop in black and in white for the infinity background. Don't like how there's a few air gaps at the corners but it'll be something I will mod out to make the next set of shots clean. It came in last week so I threw a quick test shot in.

you guys have some crazy collections (and lots of space it seems!). I don't have many statues except a few from one of my favorite games Overwatch

Here is widowmaker which is shipping now that I have on order (not my pic but people on reddit have started receiving theirs). That's a tracer statue in the background

The upcoming Dva statue looks pretty epic too - it's a monster at over 50cm tall and around 12 kg - and an huge price tag of over $700 shipped (yes I have one on order :Paranoid:)

Sooooooo excited!!! I had my pre-order at Premium Collectible, but they've been pretty rubbish with communications and delivery. Kinda iffy about it now. Might pull the trigger and buy a 2nd one and then wait for the Premium Collectible one to show up eventually, then sell that one.

    Thx mate. :D

I saw that DVa statue. Eventhough I don't play overwatch I was kinda interested. It looked good. But price wise was a bit too much I thought. So didn't buy it.

I can't wait. Wife rang PopCultcha but they (apparently) have no further information on it.

Nice!! I need to build myself a small setup at home. I've got some creaseless material, and some spare LED lighting strips after finishing the cabinet - need to have a play.

Several pre-orders came together and also an unplanned purchase lol. The Wolverine helm I didn't pre-order and it has a very limited release of 100 made. The reseller had 1 left probably a fall out with a buyer so I jumped on it and grabbed it. The quality is excellent. Made of resin. It's wearable but very narrow. Most adult male probably would have problem fitting into it. Since it's resin it doesn't stretch either. The base is incredibly heavy. Weight several times more than the helm itself, so it's very stable. Have to think about where to put it.

Then the Guyver G-Unit! This was so hard to find. Had to pay a premium for it from a hobby shop in Greece! Completely missed the pre-order with ami-ami. Also limited to 300. It's sweet. Light pulses and has sounds similar to a breathing. Like it's alive. Really cool. Also fairly heavy with the stand. Might make my own stand so I can display it at an angle rather than straight up. And it'll also be lighter.

Everywhere lol. Actually the Guyver Unit was on amiami. But I missed it. Took me ages to track one down in Greece and had to pay more than what amiami was charging. As for the Taurus Studio stuff, I follow a facebook group call TNS Figures Community. It's a HK shop basically that specialised in 3rd party, unlicensed stuff from HK and China.

Great collection RyoSaeba, I'm curious with the 3rd party, unlicensed stuff from HK and China are they making unique figures or copying? A reputable but cheap source would be nice.

The reason I ask is I see a fair amount of the SDCC / NECA figures on eBay that are quite cheap but I see they are coming from HK / China so I just assume they are inferior quality knockoffs.

Thanks mate. :D With regards to the 3rd party/unlicensed stuff, it's a mix of both knockoff and unique. Good site I use is http://www.kghobby.com for them. I don't use ebay because a lot of crappy fakes. Very low quality stuff. However the good ones are almost indistinguishable from the real ones. For example the Ghost Rider Bike. This is a knockoff I believe from Hot Toys. Haven't seen quality first hand, but from photos looks pretty good.

There are also a huge amount of 1/6 accessories. There are monkeys and rum barrels for Pirates of the Caribbean diorama, Alien Facehugger eggs + Facehuggers, Deadpool dog, etc. All of them are things you wish that hot toys and other official (licensed) manufacturer had included in their figures but they didn't. So these guys are catering for that market very well.

Personally I'm looking to get this Nier Automata 2B figure. It's most likely unlicensed since they didn't call her 2B lol.

If you have facebook try joining https://www.facebook.com/groups/tnsfigures
They are my other main supplier of 1/6 unlicensed stuff. The new stuff are really amazingly good. It's also where I got my wolverine helm from. :D

    my Widowmaker statue arrived

I was a bit worried about paint job but she turned out really well.
Her head does point down quite a bit but I think that's just how the statue is.
    Overall very happy

That looks really good. But then Blizzard does have a tight rein on things. So their officially licensed stuff they sell are usually pretty good quality.
