    Great shot.

I'd quibble the circle isnt complete, edges are cropped. But i think it works great the way it is.

Imagine taking the same photo with a circular fisheye lens. :D

Edit: Looks like there are plenty of people with the same idea lol. Google image had heaps of examples. In hindsight, I think this pic looks better than a fisheye that shows everyone else hahaha :D

Saw this shot the other day, and then was editing my own photos of my trip to Europe from earlier this year. Noticed I have pretty much the same shot, like everyone else!

Only thing different in mine was that a patch of sunlight coming through the roof was visible in the first/second rows of the roof detail.

Not being picky, but did you mean the Parthenon? Or is this some other building? Pantheon usually refers to several gods, not a building.

edit: whup, no, I'm wrong: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantheon,_Rome. Should have known really, because the Parthenon has no roof! Nice pic, anyway. :)

There's also a Pantheon in Paris, but it's not nearly as old as the one in Rome. It's pretty cool though :)

The Pantheon in Rome as you can see has a hole in the dome of the roof. The floor was very carefully constricted with a few holes to drain any water that comes in, and is sloped so that the water drains easily. I imagine not a lot of water would come in though.

The one in Paris has no hole, and has stunning artwork. Voltaire, Marie Curie and lots of others are buried in the crypt in the Pantheon.
