    This might not be the right thread for it but, honest opinions - would you buy an original mortal kombat 1 cabinet in near perfect condition for $3K? Asking for a friend.

    edit: let me rephrase a bit, is an original mortal kombat 1 cab, everything working, good condition worth $3K?

    how is the condition of the actual cab in terms of the johnny cage artwork marquee's etc as well as the crt panel etc?

    It's been relisted at the same 'I know what I got' price. Well, good luck to them with having MCAE engraved in the base, missing a screw and marked as untested.

    Yes he has a few interesting things there but I can't begrudge him trying to make top dollar - I've been selling some stuff lately and eBay fees seem to have gone up. Posting things well is also a pain in the arse and costs time / money so you need to get a decent price to make it all worth it.
