hey guys, Anyone here got a flight booked for May with Tiger Air. They've palmed me off to Virgin, but now there in admin, is a refund in order? Spoke to Tiger Air support today, who said I have already been given a flight credit with Virgin, which I knew about, but the future of Virgin is in the air, so I asked to apply for a refund to which he replied was to fill out the form on their website, which I have already done, but no word back now for 2 weeks on my refund request. Just wondering if anyone of you are in a similar position and where you're at with this??
