I'm not after CC on this..just wanted to share. I find it amazing to have a toilet with an almost-as-good-as-Eureka-view  Apologies if this has been posted before.

    Sofitel, level 35.

Hrm. Interesting view. Most definitely different to the typical high rise building toilet block.

Did you get a few weird stares when you took the camera into the toilets?

ive always wanted to design a bathroom with the views.
the toilet is severedly underappreciated considering how much time we can spend in it

I saw dunnies on a TV show the other night that were like that... Different because the window didn't go right to the floor, but it was a huge window with a view like that. Stuffed if I can remember what show it was.... Possibly that new Aussie cop show.

I wouldn't be able to use those... I'd get stage fright. And I wonder if there's any awkwardness when they clean the windows

Nope, two way glazed glass. Means it reflects at higher angles, and hence you cant see anything.

Its also the same place which they shot the Tooheys "fling the deer into the sky" ad.

It would be better if the urinal was built into the window, so that you were pissing on the glass.

Go to level 41 resturant and check out the mens toilets there. The Urinal is set against the glass so your not pee'ing on the glass but you don't have to turn your head to see the view while your pee'ing.

A club in Cairns called Mad Cow has one-way glass in their bathroom. You face everyone in the club to pee and it feels like everyone is watching you.

    Where was that shot taken?

The Regatta in Brissy has the same. A good trick to play on people is to point at the glass and laugh when they're in there so they think it's not really one way glass. Works well if they're pissed :D
