What email client are you using?

The source mail server should be in the headers and depending on your client it may be difficult to find, usually a show headers tick box is somewhere.

Be aware that it can be spoofed thou

the source mail server would be run by seek.
you just punch in your friends email address on the website and it generates the email.

There is always a header, its normally just useless.

Even if you wanted the IP, no one would tell you and even if you got it you couldnt do anything with it.

depends on the way the email is sent
if you send soemthing via gmail or hotmail for instance, the header will have X-Originating-IP field in it
this is the internet address of the computer (or proxy, etc) that actually logged on to gmail and sent the email

This... I don't see what exactly you are going to do with an IP address if/when you find it.
