Yesterday during my lunch hour I went for a quick walk down the street and took these shots. Most have just simple editing, ie contrast and a slight crop in some as well, but nothing major.

Hope you like them all! C&C welcome.

    Ollie :)

Could I put in a strange request ? Can you take some pics around Darwin, as I've never been there and wonder what the place looks like.

These were all taken with my Sigma 105mm 2.8 macro. All hand held.

    Thanks :)

I suppose I could. google earth is another option of course. Or if you look at it then pm me and tell me what areas you would like to see from ground level. That could be something we could do.

    Ollie :)

Where in Darwin were these taken? I didn't realise there was so much flora in and around town before... And I've lived there for the last 14 years...

Well I walked around 300m away from my work, which was Thrifty out along Stuart Hwy. Walked down a side street and took these in front of peoples yards etc. But most can be found all around. And more to come I hear once the wet season starts its business.
