I want to set up a cam streaming 24/7, but need to zoom in on an area and doing it digitally is horrible for quality.

    Logitech c922

This is normal view and the area I want to zoom into are in red

Dont bother with a shithouse webcam, use something decent like a unifi G3.

I have the C920, which is the predecessor. Web cams are meant to be short range scope only. You'll want a wifi-enabled digital camera to do what you want.

Should I use ELGATO hd60PRO OR AN ELGATO CAMLINK?

I have read USB is too limiting.

twitch's max bitrate is 6,000 - usb can easily handle that.

So my idea of using a normal camera has not worked out.

Is there a PC camera I can use that has a zoom that will plug in via USB or wifi that will let me zoom in?

    And is around $150?

you can try a smart phone telescope lens on your web cam but it's probably gonna be just as shit, don't forget webcams aren't actually 1080p, they're way lower res upscaled internally.

an old canon powershot with custom firmware maybe, but running a digial camera 24/7 will almost certainly wreck it as they're not designed to run the sensor that long.

just run a second camera outside.
