Did you check the link above?
Nothing helpfull there? You tried installing that driver?

    What's the full hardware ID
    like this:
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C02&SUBSYS_1C021849&REV_05

Or is that all there is?

Are you trying to load win7 or much later win10 for your model.

Since it is a major oem, if you’re trying to load win10, look for later versions of your laptop/system one or two generation, that had win10 drivers made.

Acpi Chip has been hardly upgraded by any majors likely still on 120nm node like most network chips

    FYI
I don’t know two much about Lenovo naming but in dell, it’s like e72xx later e73xx and e74xx etc.
If you don’t jump too far away from your model chances are Lenovo used the same chip on later win 10 versions.

    Normally these are:
    ACPI Driver
    USB Driver (for fast charging)
    Card Reader

    Something like that at least.

    No driver CD for it?

EDIT: Actually hang on might have something for you.
Dropping the 0100 assuming it's numerical and searching up LBAI Lenovo leads me to:
    Lenovo System Interface Driver.

There's a Lenovo LBAI Software package (part of it's bloatware) but it also installs a System Interface Driver as part of it.

    Try this: https://support.lenovo.com/au/en/downloads/ds035697
    or this: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkC...01-Lenovo-System-Interface-Driver/td-p/846679
