    Yeah, very well priced.

Telstra shaking up things from time to time = good.

You can change without penalty even if you're under contract with TPG as long as the spend level is the same or higher.

Sweet. I can only sync at 4mbit anyway so the new 200GB plan is basically unlimited for me!

Gar I wish TPG would hurry up and enable the exchange, it's been pushed back every month since May, it is now out to September :upset:

Not unlimited, just waiting for TPG ADLS2 to be enabled still. Stuck with iPrimus at the moment and they count uploads.

FTG = cable area I think, so it's hard to feel sorry for you with 100Mbps Optus and Telstra cable available!

*Checks home phone number on TPG's number checker*
    ...ADSL2+ Unlimited 24x7 => Available! :D

*Looking at TPG DSLAM coverage map*
    ...Around 6Mbit/s to 7Mbit/s. That's OK. ;)

    *Checks adsl2exchanges.com.au map*
...Hmmm. Approx verifies those speeds. :)

*Contacts TPG rep, and they do a quick line check*
    ...Sorry, you're on a pair-gain! :upset:

hmm TPG have upped some data limits but on the $49.99 plan shaping speed has been reduced to 256kbps/256kbps from 1mbps/1mbps.

Note the old plans are grandfathered so unless you opt to change you stay on them.

IMO an extra 20GB peak is worth the reduction in shaping speed.

A mate has 26kb/s downloadspeeds on a 1.5mbit, and thats when it does not drop out.

GG Tpg, cant even provide good service on Telstra Wholesale.

Your "mate" has a shit line and needs to get that fixed. I'd be looking at line noise, as there is no possible reasons why a 1500kb line can't get atleast 150KB/s download.
