    Hi OCAU,

So with the addition of an SSD hdd into my laptop, my 2TB Seagate 2.5" drive has been installed into an enclosure and plugged into my Telstra Smart Modem via USB.
I want to Map Network Drive it and also use it as a handy storage/media server device.

When I look at the address in the modem web page, I then try to map the network drive in Explorer and get this lovely error: "You can't connect to the file share because it's not secure. This share requires the obsolete SMB1 protocol, which is unsafe and could expose your system to attack.
Your system requires SMB2 or higher. For more info on resolving this issue, see: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=852747"

What's the go here, how do I get the mythical SMB2? Thanks in advance guys,
