So weirdly today, I noticed Sonarr was downloading old episodes of stuff (I have NMA setup)

I forgot to check if its set to not do that

No way to stop it from work either because I reset my router and forgot to setup the forwarding

Hopefully it doesnt download too much before I get home

Best Android Usenet app without a doubt. Covers Sab/sick/sonarr/couchp/index searching and intergration between them all.

Personally I find the apps pointless. Slower, reduced functionality etc.

Sonarr works perfectly in the web browser on my phone.

SAB however can be annoying at times on the phone but none of the apps do what I want in SAB anyway.

ip address or hostname in the top field, and port and directory in the port field has it working fine for me (I have mine running on https://www.domainname.com/sabnzbd/, so I need to specify port 443 and the /sabnzbd/ as well).

I do that for all and it's all good for me.
Woah, have you used NZB360? I ask as Sonarr is absolutely slow and unusable for me, as I have 250+ shows in my list, and it'll try and load them all in the main view, which even slows down my pc. That said, It's SAB features are a little limited, but I dont need anything more than pause/resume, speed limit, changing categories on the go. Any config changes, the web client on a pc is always best.

Your right NZB360 is fast, but it works via API and is too limited for the main reasons I normally want to access it.

I have 164 shows and don't have any slowdowns on my galaxy note 4.

I'm curious, are all of your shows releasing new episodes? I remove shows that have finished or been cancelled.

In what way? What can't it do, that you'd want it to (when not using a browser)?

    * you get my drift.

Really its any form of editing, manual searching, settings, system etc.

Basically with the app you can view shows, add shows and do some limited scanning and edit a series type, everything else is not possible.

Those aren't typically (imo) any action that regularly needs to be done from a mobile device - they're done initially, and checked ocasionally.

Realistically the only thing I would ever need to regularly do from my mobile device is add shows. Anything else shouldn't be regular as its meant to be an automated system.

Also instead of using Sonarr directly to view what TV shows are on today, I have it synced to my google calendar. This also means that my housemate can check the calendar as well on his mobile/computer etc.

Does anyone run their own musicbrainz server for headphones? Any comments on data usage?

Really need some good search engines... Seem to be getting crappy results recently.

Recommendations? Needs Api access for sick beard.

NZBGeek seems to have raised the bar in the last couple of months. They were pretty good before that, mind you. They might whack you a small $ fee for the API access but?? All the same, it's not much.

I would say having both of these is the best you can get.

    Arrggg

Sonarr keeps downloading old eps of stuff, even though I have selected the option to not download deleted episodes

Is there another option I need to enable ?

Had Sonarr had seen those files before you deleted them? Did it grab propers, or eps that were less than the profile (that the show uses) quality cutoff?

Edit: Sonarr is supposed to unmonitor the ep, so you can test that out by deleting/moving a monitored ep, and refreshing the series. Just tried it here on the latest version and it worked.

They were never there as it was on another system, before I started using SB\Sonarr

Ok I think I found it

    https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/Monitoring-Series-and-Episodes

I had to set the past seasons to unmonitored (which im hoping ive now done :))
