Haven't for a very long time, but i've had a bunch of people coming back from a cruise ship recently that had 2/$50 1L grey goose so i think i'll probably make a chilli and a few others. Might do a fair few small scale infusions (say 100ml each on about 10 flavours and see what i like best)
Just done a bag of red skins (18) with 800ml of vodka.... All the red skins were broken down to nothing after a day.... Put the liquid through so many coffee filter papers to get rid of the gum crap which took for ever... End product ain't too shabby tho! Thanks for the idea of red skin vodka OCAU
I ended up doing chilli (using a Caysan chilli for heat) and a vanilla with a vanilla pod. Have a cocktail party coming up so I'm thinking about making some coffee vodka. Has anyone done it? Just beans or ground coffee? How much? Cheers
