looks like dns name server issues as gigabyte.com.tw is using round robin dns over 5 name servers, one or more of these name servers might be messed up hence why some folks have no probs like me who can access site fine while others can't

dns check on the domain gives me answer from nsus1.giga-byte.com: domain 'g00c2008.gigabyte.com.tw' not found

    thanks george

yeah i think that's what someone in US suggested too and told ppl to try the flushdns command

it didn't work for me yesterday but maybe it worked later cause i can access it now

I will send this request via email tomorrow when i'm at work.

I'll hop on the staff mail box and distribute the word to 10,000 students to see if we can get some more signups. Anyone at Adelaide University can ignore it since you will have alrdy read it here and signed up... i hope :)
