Yeah I am leaning in that direction, though the time it will take for a turnaround is a pain. I have asked them if I can prearrange a drop off and pick up on the same day or next day. One of the reason I bought it is because it came with 3 years warranty and less hassles that offers. Finding out acutely that dealing with MSI is not easy, one would think it would be easy as looking up a parts list and telling me what speed and timing 16gb ram module is installed? It's not like they want me to use their parts, they can't even supply it lol. but something simple like telling me it is DDR4L 2400mhz x-x-x-x CL is like pulling hens teeth or asking for top industrial secret. For obvious reasons I would like to match the speed and timing as close as possible etc, like what would be the point of me buying 2x16gb module and asking them to give me back the factory installed ram. Edit: just realised as I was writing this I can use CPU-Z to get ram information? But I need to still get what size (length) nvme card it takes.
