I've always been a big fan of budget computing and I want to share the results of this little project. The goal was a universal GPU solution that I can move easily to future cards and I wanted to do it cheap. I took a gamble on an Alphacool HF 14 Smart Motion block for $29 and some ramsinks. Strapped it all together, and this is the result: Left is air (Asus DirectCU II), Right is watercooled (HF 14). Click to view full size! Can't say I'm disappointed with that, especially considering it's overclocked. These figures don't account for ambient temp, just a basic comparison on with the same load on Unigene so take that as you will.
