The most recent i have subscribed to is this guy .. Nicko's Kitchen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEklESs3nAE He's not even close to the best cook Hi Mo is very average But i just love how pathetic his jingle is at the start of each Segment Its catchy and hilarious. But i truely love that he's putting it out there for us all to see. Good on Im! So im curious to know what else is out there?
i actually dont follow any (cant listen to this one at work either but will do so when i get home!) can anyone recommend some good ones to follow?
Cooking with Dog - Fantastic Japanese recipes. Basically a Japanese lady doing the cooking, and the poodle giving instructions Wantanmein - Hongkong lady doing some traditional recipes. Some of them are very fusion/western like black forest cake, but she does do some great traditional chinese recipes that you can't even find in books. I do find that her recipes are very oily and always use less oil than she does.
I follow the OnePotChef on Youtube. Great Aussie bloke who lives on the New South Wales coastline. He has great recipes which are quick and easy to make. http://www.youtube.com/user/OnePotChefShow
some great stuff so far added lots to my already long list of viewing just wondering also if any OCAU member has been brave enough to do a video of a recipe?
I love Kai, he's a great guy and is an expert at making delicious Chinese food. I learnt how to cook fried rice from him.
AsianCookingMadeEasy has a few good, easy recipes on Asian food to follow on Youtube. They too make great videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/AsianCookingMadeEasy
Nicko's Kitchen isn't too bad actually Considering he is showing the world how to cook the favorites out of his own pocket, it's quite nice. He has a lot of nice recipes that everyone will enjoy. Also, he doesn't sound like a bogan
Good topic mate I'll make use of some of these Cooking with Dog seems good and the two video's I watched matched with my existing knowledge of those dishes, so no doubt its authentic and tasty
