back to 8 now looking to scale down to maybe 5 with a voron or ratrig... but the 8week leadway to get a ratrig is a killer when your hanging to print :)

Those Corners meant to have that much bulge.

if not you should Linear / pressure advance your printers.

Vesa wall mounts, printing with .8 nozzle and .32 layer height, takes about 1hr 45min each model, will edit this post once its done :D

Actually only about 50% on the test one (was about 1hr 30min, 100% was only an extra 15min, go figure) and breaks with about 20kg load on one arm, the slot just hasnt given way with me hauling on a monitor attached to it so I figure its strong enough :D -

Likely going to just give it a lot more skins since the bit in the middle really doesnt need to be solid but the arms & dovetail will be solid from that, that or try to do a gradual infil to save on plastic and print time.

Its going into some pubs around melbourne to wall mount 15 inch touch screens, goal is modular so we can have wall/bar brackets everywhere and move them around as needed for events etc.

Though newer slicers have much better accessibility to region options, one trick I do to get a slicer to selectively fill up space is to drill small, essentially unprintable holes through the model where I'm seeking greater selective reinforcement. Naturally the slicer will wall around the hole.

For that though might be ez enough to tell it that above a certain layer you want it to use a higher degree of fill.

It's crazy how much random shit we print in a week.... that dosn't count the hundreds of prints the wifey is pumping out monthly...

Managed to get my hands of a couple of cr10's for the farm so i'm going nuts printing these cool dragons for xmas pressys. The largest so far is just over 700mm the rest are 4-500mm but these things are just too cool to hold in your hands.

Got some time to work on my 3d printed cool box for my cpu cooler... it's really more for looks than function a triple fan cooled assassin really dosn't need any extra help :D

Finally finished the upgrade to a proper Afterburner.

Also printed a few extra parts / added some upgrades.
    Belt Tensioners
    Bed handle
    Dual independent Z screws
Linear rails for X and Y
    Slot Covers
    Cable chain for Z
Nozzle holder in the front extrusion

I love the belt tensioners , simple print and they look / work so well.

I would skip the rails if anyone is thinking of that upgrade, I did not notice any quality changes.

Another week another printer :) it's all good fun. Altho i think 11 is enuf now and it's time to move on to SLA :) After a lot of testing ive moved onto the Briss Fang cooler for all my Ender 3 v2's and CR10's for PLA .I found the Afterburner style coolers to be average .

The CR10s pro V2's run up to 4 day prints and i'm loving the Briss Cooler for these. Still looking for a way to add Briss Coolers to the Cr6se and Biqu B1 machines :)
