Nokia 1020, lack of WP app. F***ing even PayPal stopped their support, not to mention all the banks.

What protector are you using? Wet or dry install? Does it have curved edges to fit the screen better? 5 months sounds pretty good.

Oppo F1f - Power button is on the side, right where my index finger holds the phone.

Everything. Phones are shit. Touch is shit. It's slow and cumbersome to do anything of practical use.

Android/iPhone, doesn't matter. It's like choosing which pineapple to shove up your bum, and arguing that you like one pineapple over the other because the shape and size hurts your bum less. Similar to voting in this country. All shit.

Unique shitness of individual hardware vendors is merely shit icing on a shit cake.

To be fair, a Sony Xperia is probably gonna hurt a little more with the pointy edges.

You're using your phones incorrectly.

A phone's a phone. If you can ring people up with it, it works.

    • No fingerprint reader
    • LCD screens look shit at low brightness
    • Micro-USB has always sucked
    • Battery life under load is pretty poor after 2 years. Standby is still good though

It's been an awesome phone, but I bought a Moto Z Play yesterday - fingerprint reader, AMOLED screen, USB-C, meant to have the most absurd battery life of anything you can buy. I'll pick it up tonight and we'll see how it goes.

Literally can't remember the last time I made a call from my butt pineapple "phone".

If that was the case, we'd all by buying $20 butt-pineapples, not these horrendous $1K things that play Netflix in HD and are infected with RAM-guzzling crapware we call "apps".

I've seen people smoke/snort/drink a lot more than that.

But regardless of what people put what expensive things in what orifices, modern day phones are a lot of money for little return. I'm certainly over owning one at all, and if I'm forced to have one, it'll either be work provided, or the cheapest most bare bones thing I can find.

    Redmi Note 3 Pro.

Rely on it too much to risk flashing firmware to get rid of the cancerous niggle ridden MIUI OS that's on there. And I am always choosing to fiddle with other stuff when I do have the time.

And how f*king much space apps take up these days. Facebook and its messenger/pages manager is like almost a GIG on their own.

I don't understand why people think they have to "upgrade" to a new phone. My old phone does all the same "stuff" as a new one (except for netflix or whatever). Unless you lose it or break it, I don't get this "gotta get another one" thing.

    S7 Edge.

After a long list of Nexus devices.

    Cons:
    Slippery, fingerprints
Hairline cracked rear camera glass out of nowhere :( Need to get fixed.
    Occasional stutter under load

    Meh:
Bloat was immediately removed + Nova + Pixel theme and it feels similar to Vanilla

    Pros:
That screen. Runs naked and no scratches yet
    Water proofing
    Battery is great
    Camera (when not cracked)

I hate that my phone cost so much, iPhone 6S+.

Other than that, I'm actually grateful for what I have and not having to live in the days of feature phones and relying on sending SMS just to get a message through a friend. Same can be said about all my previous smartphones, Android and iOS.

Voting is a right too....at least you can vote in this country. Try China or North Korea.
