I don't own a food processor so i use a blender which is relatively easy.
    4-6 Large cloves chopped roughly
    1 Cup Vegetable oil
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 egg white
    Salt
    1 tablespoon of cold water

Cloves in blender with the lemon and egg white and enough oil to blend/whip the garlic and while progressively adding oil. When you see it about to thicken it gets a bit tricky, add the rest of the oil, salt to taste and the water. If the blender cannot work the mixture since its too thick just take a spatula and work it down continuing to blend in whip or the quick blitz mode until done.

Ill get a proper recipe written up sometime, but that's the jist of it. Otherwise there are more recipes out there if you have a food processor.

    * Oh i've been eating a giant bag of onions rings from a korean grocer... they have snap locks to reseal too!

White tempered chocolate dome, with raspberry cloulis and from-scratch dark chocolate mousse.

Lessons learnt? Make smaller domes. More raspberry. Use a milk chocolate for mousse. Serve them mousse side up, and eat by hand. Smaller ones will be a two-three bite dessert. Lots of big flavours tho.

My late-night panicking-for-exam binge eating is bad, and I should feel bad.
