Why is my Intel 11700k on Overclock Speed by default.

    Hi I just built my new PC however the speed of my processor is on Overclock Speed causing the PC unstable when I'm Gaming specially on this Hot Weather.

    I tried the default speed on my BIOS Motherboard but the speed is 4.9 Ghz..

    My motherboard is an
    Aorus Master Z590

    at the moment I don't have a good cpu cooler. Im using an Old NZXT x61 like more than 5 years already so I don't plan to overclock yet.

    Anyone know how to set it back to default CPU Speed?

    Load bios default. Make sure intel speedstep is enabled.
