Is there a way for me to setup my laptop to take in a wifi signal and reroute that connection out to the RJ45 port of the laptop and I connect an IP phone into said port?

If it is possible, what software/settings do I need?

Over at my place, previously had EoP and it disrupted the NBN connection (caused drop-outs). Since then, it's just been the single router on the first floor spreading wi-fi love to the rest of the house.

edit: ICS = internet connection sharing. That rings a bell. Will give it a crack. Thanks.

you can also just bridge the wifi and ethernet port together in software
