sorry can't lose the gaming frames, I'll stick with VMs and WSL1 thanks
(infra plumber so all I really need is bash scripts, pythons scripts and ansible)

Heck in VScode / Windows Terminal I can sink to the embrace of my cloud overlords without any pain whatsoever... cloud shell, transparently mounted Azure File Share etc

goes back to playing FTL on a chromebook via crostini

Tried it, rolled back. ICC colour profiles seem to be broken on it (cant select in the display properties or change with displaycal).

Also seemed to log in slower.

    No bingo here!

    Cheers

Surprised at how quick this was to install. I was expecting a massive update taking an hour or something. Done in less than 10 minutes. Everything working as it was, except for a few app settings that had to be set again (Creative).....so far.

notice 2004 was a featured update & not compulsory ?
whey not call it build 2020, 2004 sounds old.

From start of download to fully functioning desktop was less than 10 minutes. I was quite amazed, these things usually take quite a while longer.

Probably wrong place to post thing - However I'm seeing when you rename the c:\users\profilename.old, remove the registry string then login for the first time.
Critical Error, when click on start along with task bar right click not popping up the menu (have to hold shift and right click).
(only seems to happen when upgrading from build 1909 to 2004, as the straight out install of build 2004 isn't affected.

    Why are you renaming it?

User shell corruption, but circumstances to need it would be quite rare.

I let windows take car of it after a period of time after an upgrade and just remove it.

Circumstances I speak of are where it's localised corruption, not necessarily a broad "Windows" thing.
