So games are in DTS all the time? As both the original Xbox (with the advanced AV adapter) and Xbox 360 only ever outputted Dolby Digital for games.

Would be great if you could please let me know if DTS Master-HD & Dolby TrueHD are supported when watching Blu-Rays.

There is no in-depth reviews of the consoles that cover everything. These video reviews focus too much on high level stuff.

If you can wait a few hours I'll find out for you (My Denon supports both formats)

I can't seem to get into DR3, been playing it off and on in 15minute stints. Ryse on the other hand is awesomesauce, and quite the looker too.

loving the XB1 - i am no surprised nor annoyed at all at the dl speeds - if anyone was expecting anything else they were dreaming, xbox commands are awesome and playing a game while chatting to your mates via kinect is leet

Ok just tried a few blurays and the receiver says multi ch in, which if I remember currently means the xbox is decoding the audio and sending it to the receiver. There isn't any setting for bit streaming in the audio settings in the xbox. It also shows multi ch in when playing games.

In other news I just finished setting up my xbox to turn my tv and receiver on/off

So freaking cool (I'm easily impressed)

I'm hoping bitstreaming will be added in later.

Change your location to the US, restart the XB1, then go into settings -> tv and one guide and setup your devices in there. I'm not running anything to the HDMI In port at the moment. My Xbox is connected into my receiver which is connected to the tv.

I'm gonna change my location back to Australia cos the kinect isn't picking up half the stuff I'm saying now

The Kinect blasts IR to signal on off to your tv/reciever.

anyone had any luck with the Xbox One and N40L via hdmi IN ?

keep getting "we've found the tv signal..." then it changes to "signal lost... waiting for signal"

Sounds like a resolution problem? Like xbox is outputting something your TV can't display?

Has anyone had their game drop back to the home screen?

It has happened to me 6 times yesterday

mostly on BF4 but also did it in Dead Rising 3 and also once in Ghost.

    Ideas?

Happened once in BF4 campaign today. Basically the game had crashed imo as it was not running in the background, had to restart from my last checkpoint.

How come Aus doesn't get the feature?

Waiting out for the 5.1 over optical patch too...

I'm liking the console but fuck I'm sick of companies releasing unfinished products.

Got my HTPC in HDMI in so I can play with my media centre when waiting for games to load :D
