Yeah sorry guys, stupid me saw in elivs' link that it made comments about the controller below it,

It'll be worth getting them just to have USB-C. So tired of Micro-USB on my XBOne controller and whatever stupid battery pack i've got

Eneloop FTW I've always loved being able to hot swap the batteries in my xbox controllers. The internal battery in the Elite 2 lasts for quite a while but I still get aggravated when I see that low battery light come on and have to deal with charging the thing, hard life I know :p

Over the years I've had different battery packs in my XBox controllers and eventually they all die and need replacement. Now I just have a bunch of eneloop batteries which I swap in when they die, gaming session interrupted for 30 seconds then back to it.

I've got those actually, but everything in the house seems to use them so i need to keep stocking up lol. (Actually got some via Ikea which are equivalent and also great).

Dunno where the bloody covery for my controller is anymore either. I'll just be glad when i can offload and start fresh

Bigger problem than just XBox. Happening to almost every bit of hardware and software Nintendo put out (their Game & Watch release went in minutes), happening to PS5, happening everywhere.

Lots of morons at home bored with COVID, so the spike on eBay scalpers has been exponential. It's a massive problem.

Honestly, I think only eBay themselves can stop this, but what's their motivation? They get a cut of every sale, so it's making them money too.

Can only hope the dickheads that did it get stuck with a console they didn't want and/or couldn't really afford.

I'm sure Sony/MS/Nintendo wouldn't mind, and i don't mind waiting a little longer if the scalpers somehow get screwed over

it's the buying bot syndicates that bother me.

buying scalper consoles this far out is pretty dumb too, MS and Sony will do more allocations for sure.

31.20 p/m for the console + 14.80 p/m for the sub... seems like you're paying retail price

never mentioned it being a discount, in fact used the word convenient, in fact my experiences with telstra have been positive when it comes to delivery times on hardware and provided dates...

Just became aware that XBox has inbuilt Miracast so can stream PC to Xbox? If that's on the new one, and knowing MS it will be, that almost alone gets me sold on the Xbox. Certain games i really enjoy playing on the couch/TV like Witcher 3, and the family tends to watch too, so that's really nice. Was thinking of getting an NVidia Shield just to do it but this doubles as that + more. How cool. Especially since when i move in Nov the PC's will be in front living room and TV/PS5/XB would be other end in 2nd living room.

The wife and kids loved it!!

Also loved God of War and Persona 5.

Can't blame them. I've got good taste in games (sometimes)
