Stick the Windows XP cd in the Cd Rom.

Restart the computer, enter bios and make sure your system is setup to boot from CD-Rom.

Restart again, it'll boot from the CD-Rom drive, the XP installer will give you the option to delete the partition, do this, then the next prompt should format your drive for you.

Stick your windows cd into the drive, and boot from it.

When asked, select "Install Windows" (not repair) and then follow the prompts. When it gives you the option, delete the partition, and "Install windows in the free space".

From then on, just follow the prompts.

If you need more detail, feel free to ask.
