A new thread every week where you can post a shot for the week.

It may be your favourite for any number of reasons, ie technically good, a favorite model, or even just because it's different to what you normally shoot.

Add the story that goes with the picture if you like but it's not necessary. It's just an excuse to post a picture that you'd like to share.

Feel free to ask for a critique if you like and comment on other shots if you wish.

Last week's "Your Photo of the Week" thread is here.

Ok, my photo of the week just for this week is more than 1 photo, and for copyright issues I'm will post a link rather than an image. The link here is to a post regarding a photo documentary I shot recently surrounding the 5 year anniversary of the Fukushima disaster - for those of you that didn't already see the other thread. Thanks.

Got the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge last week, one of the first few photos taken with it.
Cherry Blossoms are supposed to be in full bloom this weekend, looking forward to taking some more shots.

Something about this street scene that i was intrigued by this afternoon.

Despite the effort with the two plants, I'm still not sure if its a great place to enjoy a drink.
