A new thread every week where you can post a shot for the week.

It may be your favourite for any number of reasons, ie technically good, a favorite model, or even just because it's different to what you normally shoot.

Add the story that goes with the picture if you like but it's not necessary. It's just an excuse to post a picture that you'd like to share.

Feel free to ask for a critique if you like and comment on other shots if you wish.

Last week's "Your Photo of the Week" thread is here.

Loving the colours on this. Twice now I've scrolled down and before I get to the water my first reaction has been that it looks like snow capped mountains in beautiful pink light.

A quick outing yesterday evening for sunset. The beauty of living in Hobart is you can get mountain scenes like this with a 60 minute round trip at sunset. You just have to be prepared to be pelted by snow and sleet. haha

Trip to Ben Lomond for the weekend & couldn't not get the classic Jacob's Ladder shot. Must get myself a Flickr account, Imgur compression is terrible.

    Damn these landscapes are good.

    Time to break the chain.

I've not picked up the camera in over a year but did something this weekend. ;)

Monday is the first time in 3-4 year I've used my camera, for proper photographic reasons. I'm living in Berlin and visited Classic Remise, a classic car storage and workshop. I haven't edited my shots in a long time and I dont normally swap to black and white. Hope you like it

Took a trip over to Kangaroo Island - the weather did not co-operate :( (nor an alternator failure...)

The Pinnacles down at Cape Woolamai on Phillip Island. Shot on a Fuji G617 on Velvia 50.

One of those photos that I took yeeears ago that I never got around to editing. I do remember why now though, the slide had some awful scratches on it from when the lab stuffed up the developing, which took more than an hour to fix with the healing brush - I had to crop some out too.
