Thats usual price for only the 32x adapter lol.

About to play around with it but first im labelling all my sega adapters based on polarity volts and amps per sms 1/sms2/smd1/smd2/scd/smd32x to make sure i never plug the wrong one in

The master systems, sega cd mk1 and smd 1 has a particular polarity (positive on outer dc pin)
Whereas the smd2 and 32x is reversed.

Last thing id want is to fry anything

I realise they have black/yellow dc tip but id rather the label for clarity sake with future use

Haha the unit works great and doom is quite playable, already on level 3

At first the strafe lock seems pretty jarring but you adjust quickly to it

    Good sir,

Please fix your aspect ratio immediately. For we are OCAU retro club members, and not the unwashed masses.

    Love and kisses,

    Elvis.

Saved these two from a guy who wanted to gut them and put in raspberry pi. Condition unknown at the moment.

Picked up this little combo with free shipping. +normally shipping to mine is around 25 euros, so that's a pretty good deal. This will need some serious retro Brighting though. I'll be making this the GDemu unit. (Don't wanna chop up my aus release units)

Lol actually comes with 2 controllers.. haha..

What's the best way to get the best video out out of this, aside from the super expensive hdmi mod. One if those pound cables or component with my retro tink? (Pretty sure retro tink doesnt have VGA in?)

Or can I go VGA to HDMI? Any options here guys? (It's a pal unit)

I scored a couple of IBM ThinkPad's, an R31 and two R40's, the R31 is a PIII and 512MB of SDR (it'll make a great mobile Win98SE machine) and the R40's are both P4M's each with 512MB of DDR, I have no use for the R40's so I'll be offering them up as freebies here once I've had a chance to test them.

Is it me, or is that aspect ratio out?

Looks like square pixels, 8:7 ratio, instead of the intended non-square-pixels at 4:3.
