Another gumtree wheel pickup - Madcatz dual force for PS1, $20
I'm having a WHEELY good weekend. (sorry)

My brother got me a similar madcatz wheel with the red accents for christmas 20 years ago. I still have it and it still works but it doesn't have the best game support since it predated the dual shock controllers. Big hitters like GT/GT2/R4 did not support it. This wheel works in all of those games :)

My Amiga collection is growing slowly.

I kind of think it's done now though after this pickup on the weekend.

so... 76CM wide screen. Bigger back than a Sony 68CM. Guy from work could fit it into his Honda Accord with a mild struggle but it's doors are larger than my Mazda.
It's 100Hz and widescreen so I wasn't 100% sold on it but thought it would be good for OG XBox and PS2, anything with decent 16:9 support - was thinking 1080i Gran Turismo 4 would have been fantastic.

He's holding it for me for the moment we just need to work something out.

Ah those wide screens are tricky. I can get an 80cm 4:3 in my shitbox hatch back, but I've struggled with wide screen stuff.

I've got an LG 16:9 digital chassis CRT for my 480p consoles. It's rubbish for 240p content, but 480p/720p goes nice, so any Wii, XBox or PS3 stuff that doesn't need super fine text reading plays nice and lag free on it.

Will be 3rd CRT screen in the house if you omit the wonky 51cm slim tube in the wardrobe.

    What am I becoming.
